Arizona, there is a CDSC of 1% for the first two years.
** For a purchase of at least $1,000,000 but less than $2,500,000 in the
Aquila Rocky Mountain Equity Fund, the Aquila Three Peaks High Income
Fund, the Hawaiian Tax-Free Trust, the Narragansett Insured Tax-Free Income
Fund, the Tax-Free Fund of Colorado, or the Tax-Free Trust of Oregon,
there is a CDSC of 1% for the first two years and a CDSC of 0.50% for
the third and fourth year.
*** For a
purchase of at least $2,500,000 but less than $5,000,000 in any fund,
there is a CDSC of 0.50% for the first year and a CDSC of 0.25% for the
second year.
**** To calculate
the offering price per share for clients whose investment size has
a reduced sales charge, you DIVIDE THE NET
ASSET VALUE BY COLUMN A (which represents 1 - sales charge).
To approximate
the yield for clients whose investment entitles them to a reduced sales
charge, you may MULTIPLY THE CURRENT YIELD BY COLUMN
B (which represents 1 + [(maximum sales charge - reduced sales charge)/100]. Not applicable to Aquila Rocky Mountain Equity
Fund.
